If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service provided, please review our refund policy below:
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, which may include a re-cleaning or correction of the service at no additional cost.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• The issue was reported within 24 hours of service.
• A re-clean or service correction was offered but declined by the customer.
• The complaint is deemed valid upon inspection by our team.
3. Non-Refundable Services
We do not offer refunds for:
• Services requested outside the scope of our agreed service list.
• Missed appointments due to client unavailability or access issues.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
4. Deposits and Prepaid Services
Deposits for large jobs or pre-paid packages are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.
